County, Virginia on or prior to December 10, 1980.
❑ Include deeds that provide a plat or metes and bounds description of the property.

To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter as my formal request for an official letter of determination. The proposed
car wash development will be housed at 2100 Rio Hill Center. The letter will need to address the
zoning classification and corresponding restrictions, variances, and conditional use permits
affecting the subject property. It would be helpful to also outline the design guidelines by
referencing the applicable ordinance section(s). In addition, please clarify the permitted uses. If
the proposed car wash development is not a permitted use, kindly include the zones that do allow
the development of car washes as well as the process for rezoning.
