The purpose of the project is to enhance the existing outdoor concrete event space pad with a proposed new permanent.pavilion. The use would remain the same as its existing use as an outdoor event space. The space currently hosts large tents,and the new pavilion would provide.a permanent roof over the existing footprint. The proposed new pavilion would be open to air and would only require minor site disturbance to implement. The facility would continue to be,served by the existing parking lot at the clubhouse.
