Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: ARB-2020-18: Plaza 285 Building Identification Sign (06100000002500) Dear Applicant, We have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign and have approved the design as illustrated in the attached drawings with original drawing date of 12/20/19. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Please note the following: 1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. 2. This sign has been approved as a non -illuminated sign (no lighting). To add lighting, the applicant must first obtain ARB approval and an approved electrical permit. 3. Zoning, building, and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor. If you have any questions concerning this action, please feel free to contact me.
