Note #34 states that all retaining walls greater than 3' tall require a building permit, all walls exceeding 4' require a stamped engineered design, and all walls require inspections. Note #35 states that all water, sewer, and fire lines from the main to the structure must have a visual inspection performed by the building department. Note #36 states that all roof drains shall discharge in a manner not to cause a public nuisance and not over sidewalks. • Sheet C4.0: The location of the water meter vault and irrigation meter near the entrance of the building have been switched. The proposed water meter has been relocated about 12.8' east and the proposed irrigation meter has been relocated about 17.4' west. The detectable warning strips between the parking lot and the building entrance have been revised to only be located at the crosswalks. Center at Belvedere signs have been added near each entrance of the parking lot. The retaining walls located at the southern end of the gravel fire access road have been widened and the guard rail along the retaining walls has been moved inward, farther away from the retaining walls. Two removable bollards and a Knox Lock have been added at the entrance of the gravel fire access road. Finally, a 2' wall has been added along the sidewalk south of the building. • Sheet C5.0: Grading near the east end of the gravel road has been slightly revised. Grading near storm structure 108 on the northeastern side of the parking lot has been slightly revised to create a low point leading to storm structure 108. Grading has been revised accordingly near the proposed 2' wall to tie into the existing grade on the side of the wall closest to the road. • Sheet C5.1: The spot elevations at the top and bottom of the retaining walls at the end of the gravel road have been revised according to the proposed grading revisions surrounding the walls. A spot elevation at structure 108 has been called out, as well. • Sheet L1.00: The planting (3) Betula nigra near the sidewalk at the main parking lot island has shifted. The planting configuration on the south and southwest of the building has been revised to allow for utilities and easement locations. Plantings near the northern entrance of the parking lot has been revised due to utility and easement locations as well as visual clarity in order to see the entry sign. Near the southern entrance of the parking lot, the number of caryopteris has been reduced and the planting of (1) Acer freemanii has shifted. A label for (3) London Planetrees has been revised to call out only one tree. (1) Quercus phellos located near the entrance of the loading dock has been relocated to be 10' from the water main. • Sheet L1.01: (1) Tilia and (2) Prunus have been added back along the sidewalk near the southern part of the building and the road. One Prunus has been added down the street to help soften the loading dock area. Evergreen trees are still included in this area, also to help soften the loading dock, just reduced in number because of utility conflicts. The species of Prunus has been changed to Prunus incisa x campanulata. • Sheet L1.02: The planting schedule and Landscape calculations have been updated according to the changes made on sheet L1.00 and 1-1.01. The reduction in the number of Caryopteris does not impact the landscaping calculations. • Sheet E1.00: The light pole located near the fire hydrant has been relocated 5' from the fire hydrant.
