Office Parking Relocation

6181 Rockfish Gap Turnpike, LLC. is proposing the relocation of the existing parking from the front
of the existing building to the rear of the building. This plan is an amendment to the approved site plan
SDP2011-55. The site development plan calls for 12 parking spaces including 2 accessible parking spaces
serving the existing building. This new parking lot will be connected to the existing access driveway between
6181 and 6185 Rockfish Gap Turnpike. The proposed site improvements are informed by the existing grade.
Minimal cut and fill operations will be performed as required to achieve proper slopes.
This relocation of parking will bring the current parcel up to Zoning and ARB compliance as it was
previously a grandfathered site that did not meet compliance. Additionally, some of the front landscaping
previously approved in SDP2011-55 and SDP1990-57 were never installed and are now shown in this
amendment as proposed in order to bring this plan back into compliance with previously approved plans.
