Dear Mr. Lopez,
This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated February 2, 2020. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following
modification to SDP2009-82, depicted on the modified site plan and described below.
1. Demolition of existing announcer stand, and construction of new announcer stand on opposite
side of outdoor arena (Ref B2020-192-AC)
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. A
total of three LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission
in the form of a site plan amendment application.

Please accept this Letter of Revision to the previously approved SDP 2009-82 site plan. The
revision currently requested is the demolition of the existing announcer stand and the construction of
a new announcer stand as shown on the accompanying exhibit. The stand will move from the
clubhouse side of the outdoor arena to the opposite side.
This request is also associated with Building Permit #132020-00192. Please let me know if you need
any additional information.
