Therefore, you can submit 4 copies of the Minor Site Plan Amendment SDP201900061 for County approval. One copy will be returned to you after approval signatures. See below, we have provided the building official the information on the fixture counts and occupancy of the expansion. Can we get the minor site plan approved at this time? How many copies do you need for the approval? Thx. DO NOT CLICK on links or open attachments unless you are sure the content is safe. Michael - I wanted to touch base with you on your last comment with the Pantops Shopping Center (Lazy Parrot expansion) minor site plan. I think your one last comment on the plan is as followed: The following has not been addressed: Addition to restaurant and patio will increase occupant load. Need to verify proper number of plumbing fixtures to new occupant load. Below is the information from the Architect, addressing this final comment on the plans: Lazy Parrot Total Occupants including new 1500 sq. ft. expansion space - 277 persons 277/2 = (138.5) or 139 M/F persons Per 2015 Virginia Plumbing Code Table 403.1 Usage type A-2d (restaurants, banq. halls, food courts) Water Closets: 1 per 75 both M/F Lavatories: 1 per 200 combined Drinking fountain: 1 per 500 Water closets needed: 2 for men and women each (4 minimum total) Lavatories needed: 2 minimum total Drink. Fount. needed: 1 minimum total Summary: 4 WCs already existing, 2 each M/F (good) - individual rooms (see existing plans) Lavatories already existing (good) Drinking fountain: Virginia Plumbing Code 2015 410.4 Substitution - Where restaurants provide drinking water in a container free of charge, drinking fountains shall not be required in those restaurants. No drinking fountain required. Let me know if this addresses your final comments on the plan. Thx. Scott
