Subject: SUB202000020 — TMP's 123-5D, E, F, G — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary
Line Adjustment and Easement Plat referenced above once the following comments have been
addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Change the building site note to the following: "Revised Tax
Map Parcel 123-5D contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
2. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. Change the development rights note to the
following: "Revised Tax Map Parcel 123-51D is assigned four (4) development rights and
may be further divided, and when further divided these rights shall be used within the
1980 boundaries of Tax Map Parcels 123-5D and 123-5E."
3. [14-302(B)(7)] Water supply watershed. Include a note that these parcels are in a water
supply watershed (Totier Creek).
