[14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Change the building site note to the following: "Revised Tax Map Parcel 123-5D contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 2. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. Change the development rights note to the following: "Revised Tax Map Parcel 123-51D is assigned four (4) development rights and may be further divided, and when further divided these rights shall be used within the 1980 boundaries of Tax Map Parcels 123-5D and 123-5E." 3. [14-302(B)(7)] Water supply watershed. Include a note that these parcels are in a water supply watershed (Totier Creek).
