It should only take a couple of minutes. These documents have been previously approved by the County Attorney's office so the documents themselves do not need further review. New Belvedere is under pressure from DEQ to get the new Aquatic Declaration in place so I would like to record by Friday afternoon. Paty I finally have all of the signature pages I need to record the Release of the Aquatic Declaration and the new Aquatic Declaration for Belvedere. I reviewed your December 11, 2019 comment letter regarding the process outlined in Comment 6. 1 am taking the following steps. 1. You had requested copies of: the Release of Declaration, the new Aquatic Declaration and the Vegetative easement plat. I have attached signed notarized copies to this email. 2. 1 will record the Release of Declaration, the new Aquatic Declaration and the Vegetative easement plat. 3. 1 will send you copies of the recording receipts for the Release of Declaration, the new Aquatic Declaration and the Vegetative easement plat. 4. We will update the Deed of Boundary Adjustment, the BLA plat and the Deed of Dedication with the recording information and the BLA plat be updated in accordance with your other comments. 5. We will then submit a copy of the Deed of Boundary Adjustment, two original BLA plats and the original Deed of Dedication to you for final approval. Thanks for your cooperation.
