Residential Surveying Services (residentialsurve in Rmail.com) From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: February 14, 2020 Subject: SUB2019-00195 Kalergis — BLA Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)10] In the note on development rights on the cover sheet, insert the word "each" so that the note reads, "...are assigned 1 development right each and may not be further divided." 2. [14-302(A)15] Provide the names and addresses for the additional owners of TMP 60-77A. The County's records indicate that there are more owners for this parcel than just David and Mary Kalergis. 3. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of last revision of the plat on future submittals of this plat. 4. [14-302(B)5] Include a note on the cover sheet of the plat for the zoning overlay district in which these parcels lie: the Airport Impact Area overlay district. 5. [14-302(B)6] There is an additional TMP number provided on the County's GIS for the parcel labelled TMP 60-77A, which is 60-77A3, owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. 6. [14-302(B)10] It appears that the eastern boundary of the WPO stream buffer is missing from the stream that runs along the eastern side of TMP 60-77A2 and Parcel X. Include the full stream buffer boundaries. 7. [14-303(0); 14-303(P)] Provide additional signature panels and notary panels for the additional property owners mentioned in comment #2 above. 8. [General Comment] In the building setbacks note on sheet 2 of the plat, include the front setback for internal public or private roads, in addition to the front setback for existing public roads.
