Subject: SUB202000026 Lofts at Meadowcreek - easement plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement Plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302(A)2] Vicinity Map. Revise the vicinity map to 1" = 2,000'.
2. [14-312] Depict the location of the existing building.
3. [14-302(A)15] Provide the address of each owner of record.
4. [14-317, 303L] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. A Deed of Dedication and
Deed of Easement is needed for the public drainage easements shown on the plat. Please submit a draft
of this document to me and I will forward it to the County Attorney for his review/approval.
5. [Comment] Prior to plat approval Engineering review and approval is required.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-
229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the
requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been
voluntarily withdrawn by the developer. Please contact Christopher Perez in the Planning Division by using
