Related: Frank and Mark Hopkins led me to a clearer understanding, yesterday. I've copied, both. As soon as we receive four (4) full-size copies of most -recently revised WP0201400096 Amendment (review is complete), Engineering will stamp approved. With Mark's guidance /coordination with site contractor in the field, grading to approved Amended plan may begin —there is no need to wait for plat approval. Reason: Site plan approval depends on boundary line adjustment (BLA) plat approval. BLA plat establishes or revises SWM facility and drainage easements. Engineering can be certain the plat is recorded, since until it is, the Site Plan cannot be approved. Until the site plan is approved, a building permit will not be issued for Stonefield block D-2, Phase 2 retaining, or apartment building. Once we receive print plans, Engineering can stamp approved, and contractor may begin to grade to the amended plan (WP0201400096 Amendment 1). Note: Phase 2 retaining walls require site plan approval (Tori coordinates), and a building permit. Please submit 4 print VSMP /WPO plans with rev. 11" X 14" SWM /ESC + PPP Exhibit (SWPPP sheet inserts) at your convenience with cover to my attention reading `Not for review, for stamped approval.' Thank you. Note: 10/30/2019 3:52 PM, A. Kilmer, wrote: `County Attorney has approved Platte River Insurance Company Rider to increase the bond amount from $134,800 to $220,440. This amount covers the remaining improvements from the current bond and phase 2 amendment.' Thanks again, best, J. However, I do plan on dropping off the Site Plan and VSMP Plan next week. The owner is getting very close to working out an issue that will allow the deed of easement to move forward. I am looking forward to that so we can put this one "in the books"! Thanks for checking in! Do you recall printing, or dropping them off? We need these prior to pre -construction, thanks, Mike best, J.
