This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the changes outlined in your letter of March 15,
2019 (attached) and shown on the submitted plans. This is the 1 st Letter of Revision for this site.
A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to
be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: Woolen Mills Redevelopment — SDP-2017-76 Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. Fritz:
The following is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision #1 submission:
• Sheet C0.0: proposed building use has been updated from residential/commercial/office space to
office/commercial space. The parking requirement calculations have been revised accordingly.
• Sheet C2.2 — The existing loading dock is to be removed on the west side of the site. The large
concrete pad on the north side of the project is to be removed.
Sheet C4.0: The pedestrian bridge has been shown on the south side of the site, adjacent to the
rain garden.
• Sheet C4.1: Domestic waterline connection location has been revised. Additional curb and gutter
were added south of the two (2) ADA parking spaces nearest the building entrance. The
arrangement of stairs connecting Broadway St to the building have been updated.
• Sheet C4.2: Play area location has been updated. The pedestrian bridge location has been
shown next to the rain garden along with additional sidewalk and ten (10) more bicycle parking
spaces. A domestic water line connection has been removed adjacent to the ACSA check valve
with associated bypass. The fire hydrant located between the building and Moores Creek was
shifted east. The PIV and FDC along this face of the building have been removed as well. Guard
railing adjacent to the parking spaces facing Moores Creek have been replaced with concrete
wheel stops and a shallow drainage swale. A connector has been provided linking the two halves
of the existing building. A stairs and deck have been added between the two halves of the
western -most building.
• Sheet C4.3: Amenity space located between the three buildings, on the southern side has been
updated. The sanitary sewer connection has been revised as well. The sanitary sewer alignment
on the east side of the building has been revised. A path has been provided from the northern
parking lot down to the exiting two story building. A series of stairs will be installed to
accommodate this connection. Additional stairs have been added to the access of the existing
two-story building.
• Sheet C5.0: Pipe and inlet numbers have been revised. Trench drains have been added to the
amenity space on the north side of the building.
• Sheet C5.1: Pipe and inlet numbers have been revised. Riprap protection has been added along
the pedestrian bridge abutments. Drains have been provided between the existing building and
corresponding pipe added to the plan.
* Sheet C5.2: Pipe and inlet numbers have been revised. The stormwater outfall location has been
relocated west to avoid extending through the wall. Per coordination with Vinny Pero (USACE)
this proposed relocation does not propose any fill below the ordinary high-water mark and no
further permitting is required from USACE. A revised "no rise" certification shall be submitted.
• Sheet C5.3: Spot shots have been revised for the stairs within the parking lot. Elevations were
changed around the courtyard between the two buildings.
• Sheet C5.4: Spot shots have been provided for the pedestrian bridge.

• Sheet C5.5: Spot shots have been provided for the updated amenity space on the southern side
of the building.
• Sheet C6.1: Drainage area numberings have been revised to match the latest pipe numbering.
■ Sheet C6.2: The Stream Buffer Mitigation Plan has been updated to incorporate the latest
improvements and bridge addition.
• Sheets C7.0 — C7.4: Stormwater profiles have been revised to reflect latest numbering scheme.
Water line profiles have been updated to reflect latest updates to hydrant and connection
locations.
• Sheet C7.5 Stormwater Profiles has been added to the plan set.
