AutoZone Charlottesville Store #6464 — Final Site Plan (SDP201900044)
The final site plan for AutoZone Charlottesville Store #6464 has been reviewed by Engineering. The
following comments will need to be addressed before approval:
1. VSMP Plan (WPO201900043) must be approved before final site plan can be approved. Rev. 1:
Comment not addressed. Rev. 2: Comment not addressed. It was resubmitted 2/5/2020 and
should be reviewed by 3/5/2020.
2. [18-32.6.2] Erosion & sediment control as well as SWM should not be included with the site
plan. It is part of the WPO Plan. See 18-32.6.2 for contents of a final site plan and 17-412/403 for
WPO plan contents. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
3. Stormwater easement should be labeled, SWM facility easement. Clarify the extent of this
easement. It is not clear on the plans. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. It should be labeled,
SWM facility easement, not stormwater maintenance easement. Rev. 2: Comment addressed.
4. Clarify the extent of the drainage access easement. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
5. [ 18-4.12.17] Entrances should not exceed 4% grade for a distance of 40ft. from the intersected
street. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
6. Sidewalks adjacent to parking should be 6'. There are 2 spaces on the north end of the site with a
5ft sidewalk. See design standards manual, page 17.

7. Provide a detail for the concrete slab of the dumpster pad. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
