Final Plans Checklist

Completed applications and fees must be received prior to review. [18-32.4.3.2, 18-32.3.9, 17-203, 17-303]
Site Plans:
—V—/ site plan must meet all requirements of the Zoning Ordinance section 18-32
�VDOT approval is required for any plan affecting public right-of-way
all parking and circulation must meet Zoning Ordinance requirements section 18-4.12
all pavement and drainage and related items must be to VDOT standards [Policy]. Please provide
computations for verification.
Street/Road Plans:
_Z all streets must meet the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, Article IV Division 2 (referenced
through 18-32.6.6 on site plans)
unless specifically listed in the Subdivision Ordinance, streat design parameters are per the VDOT Road
liftDesign Manual App. B, and the VDOT Subdivision Street Requirements.
bond estimate requests prior to subdivision plat approvals must be accompanied by an application and fee
Stormwater management Plans:
Stormwater Management plans must meet the requirements of the Water Protection Ordinance, Article III,

All facilities must be design in accordance with the Virginia Stormwater Management Handbook. Please
provide computations and maps for verification.

Erosion and Sediment Control Plan:
erosion control plans and narratives must be designed per the Water Protection Ordinace, Article II, the
Design Standards Manual, and the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook.
Vall minimum standards [4VAC50-30-40] must be met
all variances must be approved by the county engineer
All plans should contain the Albemarle County general construction notes [policy]
