Gavin
If you are not proposing to place any fill in wetlands or streams, you do not need a permit from this office. The Corps
does not regulate floodplains.
If your project changes to propose placing fill in to Waters of the U.S. please contact this office.
Thank you

As we discussed on the phone, attached is a PDF showing the Edenbrook Park site in the Old Trail development in
Crozet. The plan proposes rip rap outfall channels from the stormwater management facilities to the creek and through
the floodplain. What additional information, if any, do you need to sign off on this proposed work?
Thank you,
Gavin
