The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-309; 14-310; 14-4161 This subdivision plat requires Health Department approval prior to
approval being granted by the Community Development Department. The soils evaluations for
this property and the proposed subdivision plat have been transmitted for review to the Health
Department. Comments or approval from the Health Department will be forwarded to the
applicant upon receipt by County staff.

Dear Mr. Reitelbach:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced Gwyn Kohr (Murphy's Creek Farm) — Rural Division,
as submitted by Roger W. Ray and Associates, Inc., dated October 7, 2019 and find it to be
generally acceptable.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Iand Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
