[14-309; 14-310; 14-4161 This subdivision plat requires Health Department approval prior to approval being granted by the Community Development Department. The soils evaluations for this property and the proposed subdivision plat have been transmitted for review to the Health Department. Comments or approval from the Health Department will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt by County staff. Ray and Associates, Inc., dated October 7, 2019 and find it to be generally acceptable. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
