Hi Margaret,
I'm happy to help clarify:
-The Nitterhouse J91 split faced block was submitted at an earlier stage of design review. That was eliminated from the
project as part of the ARB review process.
- We are submitting the "PlyGem Deep Granite 090" as a substitute for the Ash Gray panel. This switch was necessitated
because we are now showing pre-manufactured,wall hung metal canopies in lieu of the previously indicated column
supported canopies. The attached elevations include the revised canopy type and call out the color as a generic "light
gray". Let me know if you would like that note revised to match our submitted "Deep Granite"
-I'm a little confused about the comment regarding two different "baystone" colors. It is our intention to have the light red
brick used in combination with the darker"Red Velour". There is no off-white brick specified in the project at this time.
-The grout should be the 2900. I believe the 2410 might have been submitted with the split-faced block.
The elevation sheets that we are submitting for permit are attached here for your review.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns,

I Good afternoon, Kyle and Chris.
I am closing out the Pantops Storage file and want to confirm the chosen building materials. The architectural drawings
identify the following materials:
• Metal panel: Light Stone
• Metal panel: Ash gray
• Ground faced concrete block: Martinsville 9316
• Brick: Riverside Red Velour
1
• Brick: Riverside Baystone
1. I have samples matching the color names listed above, except for the ash gray metal panel.
2. The original "Baystone" sample is a light red color.A"Baystone" sample submitted later in the process is an off-
white color.
3. A ground faced block sample submitted later in the process is"Nitterhouse J91". It is a darker gray than the
original block.
4. A grout sample submitted with the Nitterhouse block has two different labels: WR 2900 and WR 2410.
5. I have a "deep granite" metal sample that does not correspond to anything on the drawings.
Can you please provide some clarity to the numbered items?
Thanks for your help.
Margaret
