Hi Margaret,
We have resubmitted paper copies plans with that form today.
As a response,
1. Material samples are forthcoming.
2. Lighting plan has been revised in the following ways:
-wall sconce mounting height moved from 10' to 12'.This change reduced the footcandle levels on the north
wall of the building, maximum levels are now<20 fc.
-added more detailed/straightforward notation on mounting heights
-added more detailed breakdown of fixture notation
-lighting statistics table updated (the software had updated the photometric plan, but not the results table,this
has been corrected)

I have reviewed the site plan with revision date of 12/17/2019 and the architectural plans dated December 2019
(received 12/16/19). The following items remain outstanding. Please submit the material samples and an updated
lighting plan to address these comments.
1. Provide updated material samples for review, including window glass.
2. Footcandle readings on the photometric plan have been revised with no corresponding change in fixtures and no
corresponding change in the lighting statistics table.Applicant's comments state that mounting height has changed, but
this is not reflected in the plan. Please explain the change that has been made and revise the submittal to show
maximum light levels of 20 fc on the plan and in the statistics table.
A resubmittal form is attached to this message. Please include it with your revised submittal and let me know if you have
,questions.
