ENGINEERING I ENVIRONMENTAL. I SURVEYING I GIs I LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE I CONSTRUCTION SERVICES The note has been added to sheet C3.0. Engineering (Matt Wentland): 1. No Objection: No VSMP needed, under 10,OOOsf. Inspections (Michael Dellinger): 1. If used in conjunction with the required means of egress lighting for exit discharge, verify compatibility with fixtures. Otherwise no objection. Acknowledged Fire/Rescue (Shawn Maddox): 1. Fire Rescue understands the buildings on site will not allow for a 20' clear travel way at one specific point and acknowledges the narrowest point in the travel way to be approximately 14' wide area. Please show on the plan the travel lane that will allow access from the sidewalk to the proposed structure. The travel way should be 20' of clear width and a minimum of 13'6" vertical clearance. Any basketball goals or other obstructions should be accounted for in this layout. A path has been added for the fire lane with a callout that travel way is to be kept clear of obstructions. See sheet C3.0. ARB (Margaret Maliszewski): 1. Pending. See attached Landscape Plan provided by Albemarle County Schools. ACSA (Richard Nelson): 1. Pending. ACSA had no comments for this project. We have included PDF copies of the plans and calculations for your review. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to give me a call at 434.295.5624.
