Thanks for clarifying.
We kept the original square footage of the building (10,080) and added on a prefunction space near the ballroom.
10,080 original square footage
+ 625 new pre -function area

10,705 total square feet as of Sept 2019
Let me know if these figures will work for you.
The sign is highlighting two purposes for the overall footprint... the CAAR offices (right side of the diagram) and the
Hillsdale Conference Center (left side of the diagram).

Just as a follow-up, I located the latest approved Site Plan which indicates the total gfa of the building to be 10,080 sq.ft.
I think my final question is, is this clearance for a use which will utilize the whole building, or just part of it? If the ladder,
which part(s)?
