HOWEVER, THE LOD IS BEING REDUCED IN THE FUTURE BLOCK 4A AND BLOCK 8A AREAS BY 12.65 AC. THIS REDUCTION ACCOUNTS FOR THAT LAND NOT BEING DISTURBED UNTIL THE HUD PROJECT DISTURBS IF AS A PART OF THAT APPROVED PLAN. THEREFORE, THERE IS ACTUALLY A NET DECREASE IN LOD OF 1.67 AC ON THIS MASS GRADING VSMP PLAN. ALL SEDIMENT BASINS AND SWIM PONDS REMAIN AS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AND ARE SIZED APPROPRIATELY TO HANDLE THE NEW FLOWS GOING TO THEM. IN ADDITION TO DA CHANGES, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE: • SEDIMENT TRAP ADDED TO HANDLE ADDED TOWN CENTER DISTURBED AREA • MODIFIED MUD TRAPS (VARIABLE HEIGHT SEDIMENT TRAPS THAT RAISE WITH EACH LIFT OF FILL THAT GOES IN) HAVE BEEN ADDED IN TWO (2) NEW AREAS.
