Based on a septic system plan prepared by Old Dominion Engineering in 2017, it appears there may be a conflict between the locations of at least one existing septic system drainfield and that of the proposed gymnasium. Locations of all existing and planned septic components must be identified on the site plan, including sewer lines, tanks, conveyance lines, existing drainfields, and reserve drainfield areas. If there are any questions or concerns, please give me a call, 434-972-4306. Sight distance lines and profiles should be for both entrances or show one-way circulation. 2. Line of sight appears to be through a hill/embankment. Is this correct and are there plans to remove the obstruction? 3. Easement may be required for line of sight. 4. Stop sign locations are not shown on the plan. Please provide two copies of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Max Greene at 434-422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process. Sincerely, n _ A--- 0Adam J.
