Attached are my suggested corrections. Please note: 1. CA Senior Charlottesville VA Property Owner, LLC does not currently own the subject Property. However, the deeds refer to a conveyance from the Crockett Corporation, who is the current record owner. A deed of the subject Property from the Crockett Corporation to CA Senior Charlottesville VA Property Owner, LLC will need to be recorded, with deed book and page number cited in these deeds, before these deeds can be recorded. Page: 1 of 2 County of Albemarle Printed On: February 26, 2020 2. As with the prior Brookhill deeds, both of these deeds state that the Plat is "attached hereto and recorded herewith." The same Plat cannot be attached to and recorded with both deeds.
