Below are comments for SUB2019138 Brookhill Senior Living - Easement Plat:
Revise easements per latest plan submittal (W6 and W7 will extend).
Note area at W7 will enlarge to be 10 feet off all sides of FHA and 3" meter vault.
Callout sewer easement to be vacated.
Be aware that W 11 and W 12 will change based on upcoming site plan comments.

Reviews Comments: Thanks for your message. Attached are my suggested corrections. Please note:
1. CA Senior Charlottesville VA Property Owner, LLC does not currently own the subject Property.
However, the deeds refer to a conveyance from the Crockett Corporation, who is the current record
owner. A deed of the subject Property from the Crockett Corporation to CA Senior Charlottesville VA
Property Owner, LLC will need to be recorded, with deed book and page number cited in these
deeds, before these deeds can be recorded.

2. As with the prior Brookhill deeds, both of these deeds state that the Plat is "attached hereto and
recorded herewith." The same Plat cannot be attached to and recorded with both deeds. I'd suggest

Plat is "recorded immediately prior hereto."
