As the owner of the property at 2097 Inn Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911. I
hereby authorize Comfort Inn, as tenant and/or lessee of said property, to
obtain new and/or change existing signage at the above-referenced address.
I also authorize Atlantic Coast Signs and Persona, Inc. and its agents to act
as my agent in obtaining the required and necessary permits, licenses and
approvals, which may be required for the installation of said signage, and to
proceed with the installation if in accordance with all governing laws, statutes
and ordinances.
