There has been what we hope is a last revision to the road plan, ref, plan sheet C5 image, below. Image shows labels added to the road plan Fri, 28-Feb, but print plan distributed to VDOT 2/11/20 shows future Lot 2, and future Lot 3. That is the only material change to the road plan since the previous road plan (2 future lots). VDOT comment on previous Crozet Court road plan (1/28/20): 'The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Shimp Engineering, P.C., dated November 1, 2017, revised December 04, 2019, and finds it to be generally acceptable.' May Engineering carry that VDOT review comment forward from the last road plan for Crozet Court, to the road plan distributed on 2/11? If so, we will update CV, and notify applicant.
