The sooner we get them in, the easier it will be to coordinate with the ZMA schedule. Please submit as an application for a conceptual ARB review ASAP. Regarding 2415 Ivy Road, I am happy to reschedule to January 21 (the 20th is a Monday holiday). If you can get architectural designs in by December 9, we can include them in our review. Thanks. Margaret - I wanted to check in on the process for this ZMA application and see if we should run the ARB process concurrently with the ZMA review. We have some schematic elevations of the proposed building, and should be able to provide them within the next couple of weeks. We could submit it as a conceptual design review or maybe it's part of the ARB review process for the ZMA. Either way is fine, just let me know what you think is best. Also, I am scheduled for the ARB of January 6th for the 2415 Ivy Road Commercial development project. I am out of town that day, should we just push that to the next meeting date? Also, should I submit schematics for the building before that meeting as well, to get a more complete review process on this application than just the typical preliminary review of the initial site plan. I could make a formal preliminary ARB submission on December 9th with all the building information and site information required for a preliminary ARB review if that makes more sense to go that route. Thx.
