An application for rezoning was submitted for these parcels by Shimp Engineering. The application number is ZMA201800016 Chesterfield Landing Phase III. The purchase of the property did not go through and re- zoning is not necessary. We have listed the property for sale and it is under contract as a residential property which does not need to be rezoned. The appraiser, Wendy Ellis, realized that there is an outstanding application for rezoning and she is unable to complete her appraisal until this application is withdrawn. Since we are working on a very tight deadline and just realized this issue today, we need to immediately withdraw the application so that the appraisal can be complete.
