I'll bring that to the County Attorney's Office before I leave for the weekend. FYI: this plat is technically separate from the two Road Plan applications referenced below (SUB201800171 and SUB201900049); but it is associated with the same projects, and I thought access to this revised plat may be useful. If not, I apologize, and please feel free simply return it to me whenever you provide feedback on the associated maintenance agreements. If the applicant slinply uses the County -provided template, tliere's no need for a checklist, as our template has all the required elements and is easy to track. But if the applicant is using its own document (as here), I agree that the burden should be on the applicant to show how/where it meets die ordinance requirements. Feel free to send the revised checklist to the applicant, point out the ordinance requirements, and ask them to identify wliere in the document those requirements are met. Thanks. I agree that scouring the 28-page document is sub -optimal, and perhaps the applicants should be required to always provide a completed checklist. Thoughts? I1-not, perhaps we do need to re -format the checklist so that, when an instrument doesn't follow the County's suggested foi-iii, the applic:uit is expected to provide the applicable references, rattier tlian leaving it to stall to wade through pages of inapplicable provisions.
