Preapplication plan comments are for 'red flag' comments only. A minor site plan amendment submittal is required and must meet all applicable County code sections, including 18-32. Additionally, the number of employees should be provided, as included in the review comments, so that Zoning staff can determine if a special use permit is needed or not. You can email me that information, and I can pass it on to Zoning. - Site review can happen concurrently to architectural review, can we submit these items separately? That is correct — we can review the minor site plan amendment concurrently with the Architectural Review Board submittal. They are two separate applications and submittals. - What is the next deadline for the architectural review board meeting? Do we need to hand deliver the documents, or can we send via mail? I will let Margaret reply to this question, but I believe documents need to be dropped off at the front desk of Community Development Department (CDD) at the County Office Building (401 McIntire Rd, 22902). ARB applications can be mailed in. Please be sure the completed ARB application is at the top of the package. The ARB submittal/meeting schedule can be found here. Do we need to hand deliver the documents, or can we send via mail? Thanks in advance for your help, CC Catherine Carter'C.C.' Davis FGS Design, LLC.
