Just wanted to clarify that ARB review of the preliminary and final site plan is required and ARB approval of the final site plan will be need prior to Final Site Plan Approval. So the rough schedule is as follows: 3/16: ARB review of the preliminary site plan After which a separate application for the ARB review of the final site would need to be submitted that address any comments from the ARB meeting on 3/16 and the submittal requirements for ARB review of a final site plan.
