No buildings in which services are performed shall be located closer than fifty (50) feet from any residential or agricultural district. This site plan is subject to the following requirements as per Section 5.1.32 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance: a. This provision is intended to provide locations for the towing and/or temporary storage of collision/disabled vehicles. No body or mechanical work, painting, maintenance, servicing, disassembling, salvage or crushing of vehicles shall be permitted; except that the commission may authorize maintenance and servicing of rental vehicles in a particular case; b. No vehicle shall be located on any portion of such property so as to be visible from any public road or any residential property and shall be limited to locations designated on the approved site plan. LIGHTING Pole mounted lighting is not proposed with this application. Wall mounted lighting fixtures on the existing building shall be replaced in accordance with sheet C4. An existing sign is shown on Sheet 2 of this plan. A new sign is not proposed with this submittal.
