THE APPLICANT HAS ALSO OBTAINED THE APPROVAL OF TWO SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS TO ALLOW INCIDENTAL PARKING WITHIN A PORTION OF THE 30' PARKING SETBACK ALONG THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY BOUNDARY, ALSO APPROVED ON 11/14/2018.
