The permitted uses of the Property are provided in Section 20B of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). The Property is subject to the Entrance Corridor Overlay District as described in Section 30 of the Zoning Ordinance. • The English Meadows assisted living and memory care facility use is a permitted use of the Property. There is an approved Zoning Clearance associated with this use that was approved on June 21, 2019 - CLE201900111. • There are several site plans associated with the Property. The most recent, SDP200800181 was approved on December 31, 2008. It is somewhat unclear what site plans are associated with all of the parcels, however, to the best of my ability it appears that the Property has been developed in accord with all the applicable approved site plans. • There are no known violations of the Zoning Ordinance on the Property. • Copies of any applicable records may be obtained via the noted links or from this office with a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pblornsen(a)-albemarle.org once they have been approved or issued.
