Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 6. [Comment] Because the BLA plat shows the proposed changes to the vegetative preservation easement the following items must be completed prior to the BLA approval: e) A signed and notarized copy of the Deed of Boundary Adjustment (exhibit D, step 3A) is submitted to the planning reviewer. Rev. 1: Comment not vet fully addressed. Additional revisions are required to the Deed of Boundary Adjustment. Address the following: i. The date specified for the plat is incorrect. It states Oct. 24t", 2019, however the initial date of the plat is October 21, 2019. ii. Revise the date of execution, or replace with blanks to be filled out when executed, in the first sentence. iii. Recital C — The plat title should be corrected to include "Tax Map 62A3" iv. Final Paragraph — The restrictions were recorded at Deed Book 5277, page 305. V. After the revisions listed are completed then submit a new signed and notarized COPY of the Deed of Boundary Adjustment to the planning reviewer. f) Two or more signed, notarized and sealed ORIGINAL BLA plats (exhibit E, step 3B) are submitted to the County for last review. The County will keep one of the originals. Rev. 1: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment now that you have received the required approval on the plat. g) A signed and notarized ORIGINAL of the Deed of Dedication (exhibit F, step 4) to the County is submitted. Rev. 1: Comment not yet fully addressed. Address the following: i. The date specified for the plat is incorrect. They state Oct. 24th, 2019, however the initial date of the plat is October 21, 2019. ii. No revision date is specified. The most recent revision date is 3/3/2020. iii. A blank line should be substituted for February in the opening recital. iv. After the revisions listed are completed then submit a signed and notarized ORIGINAL of the Deed of Dedication (exhibit F, step 4) to the County. h) The County does a last review and if approved signs the Deed of Dedication. Rev. 1: Comment not vet fully addressed. See additional edits required to the Deed of Dedication specified above. After comments addressed the County will do a last review and if approved signs the Deed of Dedication. 8. [Comment] Comments from other reviewers are attached.
