Good afternoon Matt, I have reviewed the site plan that Jonathan has sent over to me and have no further comments for what is proposed. I am taking your response in good faith that the dedication items of the WAHS Science Lab Expansion will be completed. In regards to the plat, please have a note added that ACSA easements are to be centered on as -built locations. I have attached some items needed to complete the ACSA dedication, as well as the dedication check list. Please have the deed sent over to me for review prior to the Board taking an action. Cameron, I recommend SDP201900056-WAHS Site Improvements Site Plan for approval. Richard, I hope you're doing well! My understanding is that ACSA's review is still ongoing for this site plan submission. We have already released the plans for bids — if there are any issues, we need to know ASAP so that we can make the changes prior to bids being due. I understand that you are wanting to get the waterline relocation easement on the previous project taken care of — please note that we are working diligently on this. I've attached the proposed plat for your review — I've simply been waiting on the Schools' Attorney to send me a copy of the deed so that I can send everything over to you for final review. At that point, we will send everything to the School Board for review and subsequent recording of the deed in the courthouse. I hope that you can take this as a good faith effort that we are working to address that close-out item on the previous project, and will allow us to continue to move forward on this softball project. The market is getting very competitive, and we want to ensure that we are maximizing our opportunities to get favorable pricing. Your review of this site plan plans would benefit us greatly in this regard. Thanks for your help, and let us know if you have any other questions/concerns. Thanks!
