The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Albemarle County GIS shows a named street, Fairwood Lane, serving the structures on
TMP 102-14. Was this street ever officially approved as a private street by the County, or was it given a
name simply for E911 addressing purposes? If it has been approved and recorded as an official private
street, please show the private street easement on the plat and label with DB and page number of
recorded plat.
2. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
3. [14-302 (B)(4)] Per note 3 and 5 on Sheet 2, please show the location of the small cemetery/place of
burial on the plats.
4. [14-312] Please show the location of all existing buildings that are within 50 feet of the proposed lot
line or street or confirm that all existing buildings are located further away than any proposed lot line.
