[14-302(A)9] Provide a note on the plat indicating whether the subject parcels each has a building site, as required by 4.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. Example language: "Revised Parcel [TMP number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 2. [14-302(A)10] Provide a note on the plat indicating the right of further division of the proposed lots. Example language: "Revised Parcel [TMP number] is assigned [number] of development rights and may/may not be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than [number] acres. The residue of Tax Map/Parcel [number] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres." 3. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on future submittals of the plat. 4. [14-302(B)5] Provide the zoning classification of these two parcels in a note on the plat. 5. [14-302(B)7] Provide notes on the plat indicating whether these parcels are located in an agricultural -forestal district and in a water supply watershed. If these parcels are located in either of these categories, identify which agricultural -forestal district and/or water supply watershed these parcels are in. 6. [14-312 If either of the structures depicted is located within 50 feet of the proposed property line, provide the distance. 7. [14-309; 14-310; 14-4161 This subdivision plat requires Health Department approval prior to approval being granted by the Community Development Department because the lots are less than five (5) acres. Soils evaluation is needed for TMP 18-6C, which is decreasing in size and is under five acres. Provide soils reports on this property to the Community Development Department for transmittal to the Health Department.
