As discussed at our meeting on March 6, 2020, the following two changes are being made to the plans. The changes are described below and the plans have been highlighted to indicate where the changes have been made. Included with this Letter of Revision are the 12 revised highlighted sheets 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20 and 22. 1) The south building wall dimension has been revised from 178.0'to 180.0'. As a result, the concrete sidewalk along the travelway at the southwest building face has been revised 9'-wide to 7'-wide. The ADA access has been revised to maintain a minimum 60"width and the curb ramp has been shifted to provide a more direct pathway to cross the travelway, an improvement to safety. The following sheets have been revised since they include this area of the building: Sheets 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 22. Note, there is no change in the civic space area as a result of this revision (see Sheet 4). 2) Retaining Wall "A"construction detail on Sheet 20 has been removed from the plan since the owner was able to obtain signed letters of permission from the owners of the adjacent lots for temporary access and grading permission necessary to install the wall per the typical detail for walls"B", "C"and "D". Approximate limits of geogrid and offsite work have been added to Sheets 7 and 9. Also, the signed letters of permission have been included with this submission. The following sheets have been revised since they include the limits of geogrid, offsite work and the wall construction details: Sheets 7, 9 and 20. Since I own a shed that appears to be in the way of the grading, you will temporarily relocate the shed, provide a POD storage unit in one of my parking spaces for storage of the items during the grading, and move the shed back afterwards.
