This project is located in Mint Springs Park in Crozet. The latest approved site plan number is SDP-2018-46. The application and 4 copies of the proposed changes are attached. The latest approve site plan has been marked to show the locations of work along with a separate sheet showing the detailed sketches of the reoriented building. This Letter of Revision details two (2) changes to the site plan. 1. Reorientation of BuildinE- The proposed build had to be reoriented for the main entry doors to face the property line. This allowed easy access of the maintenance vehicles to back into the building. The building pad was also moved out 10' away from the dry creek bed in the rear of the building. The parking spaces were reoriented with the building. 2. Fence Material Change- The proposed location of the fencing will remain. The specified wood fencing has been changed to Chain -link fencing with privacy slats. Please contact me with any further questions or if you need additional information.
