Dear Mr. Murphy,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated March 16, 2020. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the following modifications to
SDP201500001, which are depicted on the modified site plan sheets 2 dated 6-30-15 and described
below:
1. A 54" tall metal fencing along the school side of the pedestrian concrete sidewalk along Rio
Road. The fence will be set 1'-2' from the sidewalk edge, will be black in color and will
include a double gate.
This is the fourth and final LOR for this site. Any further amendments shall take place on a minor site
plan amendment or on a major site plan amendment.

Minor Site Plan Amendment... This plan proposes revisions to the approved site plan that
include:
