Preliminary Comments for the following agencies, as applicable, are attached: Albemarle County Department of Engineering and Public Works Albemarle County Department of Building Code Enforcement and Zoning Services Albemarle County Department of Planning and Community Development Albemarle County Division of Fire Safety Albemarle County Service Authority (NO COMMENTS AVAILABLE AS OF 12/13/04) Virginia Department of Transportation Thomas Jefferson Health District (NO COMMENTS AVAILABLE AS OF 12/13/04) Albemarle Architectural Review Board USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (NO COMMENTS AVAILABLE AS OF 12/13/04) Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and should not be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues which could affect approval of the proposed project. Please make the revisions that have been identified as necessary for preliminary approval by the Site Review Committee. If you choose not to make the requested revisions, please submit in writing justification for not incorporating such revisions. Submit seven full size copies and one 11" x 17" copy to the Department of Planning and Community Development. Responses to the attached comments of the Site Review Committee must be submitted by Tuesday, December 28, 2004. Failure to submit this information by this date will result in suspension of the review schedule.
