[Comment] An easement plat is required prior to road plan approval; each owner of the effected lots will need to sign the plat granting the easement on their property. Additionally, the HOA president shall sign the plat as the new easement is being proposed over the existing 10' access easement that contains the 5' wide nature trail. ACSA approval of the plat is required. 2. [Comment] The lot numbers provided on the road plan are incorrect. Revise the road plan to provide the correct Tax Map Parcel numbers: TMP 90G-1-78, TMP 90G-1-79, TMP 90G-1-80, and TMP 90G-1-81. 3. [Comment] Provide the road name Victor Place on the road plan. 4. [Comment] Revise the vicinity map to depict the area of the road plan amendment. 5. [Comment] The easement shall be labeled: "emergency access easement". 6. [Comment] A maintenance agreement is needed for the turnaround.
