--No site plan or zoning clearance is required.
--A farm building permit is required for the building expansion.
--Required yards for farm winery structures are RA primary structure setbacks of 75' front from a
public road or 25' from private or internal road, 25' sides, and 35' rear. A setback of 125' is required
from the front and all property lines from any abutting lot not under the same ownership as the farm
winery.
