The requested changes are shown on the attached graphics (seven revised sheets from the site plan). There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. Only items listed in the letter that are also shown as proposed on the site plan sheets have been approved. The revision includes the construction of a new 20' wide, 350' long truck access road, fall protection on the existing loading dock, and additional road barriers. The total area of disturbance is less than 10,000 SF. Four copies of revised sets of plans accompany this Letter of Revision.
