This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan.The letter of revision
proposes the changes as shown on the attached plan with the last revision date of 3-26-2020 and letter dated 12-
20-2019. The requested changes are shown on the attached graphics (seven revised sheets from the site plan).
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. Only items listed in the letter that are also shown as
proposed on the site plan sheets have been approved.
This is the first(1st)Letter of Revision for this site.Three(3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Subject: LOR#1 for SDP2000-100 The Ivy Landfill Waste Management Areas
Dear Ms. Satemye:
We are submitting a Letter of Revision for SDP2000-100 for the Ivy MUC Convenience
Center Improvements project for the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority. The revision
includes the construction of a new 20' wide, 350' long truck access road, fall protection
on the existing loading dock, and additional road barriers. The total area of disturbance
is less than 10,000 SF. Four copies of revised sets of plans accompany this Letter of
