Regarding: LOR 2 — Old Trail Blocks 5, 20, and 21 SDP 2017-00004
Dear Reviewer,
Please find attached the LOR 2 for Old Trail Blocks 5, 20, and 21.
The following changes have been made to the approved Final Site Plan and LOR 1. Items that were
approved in LOR 1 are shown in the plan sheets in greyscale. The New items are as follows:
1. The zoning phasing plan that will determine issuance of CO's has been added to Sheet 4.
2. Added a step and walk to dumpster enclosure in Block 5.
3. Added a stop sign to intersection of Block 5 parking lot and Trailhead Dr.
4. Added a stop sign to intersection of Upland Dr and Trailhead Dr.
5. Added a handrail to the curving sidewalk on the southwest side of Bldg. 101.
6. Added a stairway adjacent to ramp for Bldg. 101 entrance from the parking lot.
7. Revised dumpster enclosure for Block 20. Spacing slightly reduced.
8. Added a stop sign to intersection of Building 100 parking lot and Glen Valley Dr,
9. Added a VDOT GR-2 Guardrail along parking spaces above Biofilter D.
10. Added a VDOT GR-2 Guardrail to termination of parking aisle for Bldg 100.
