RE: SP 2004-046 Lighthouse Worship Center Inc. (Sign #82); Tax Map 32 Parcel 36E
Dear Ms. Below:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on October 19, 2004, unanimously
recommended approval of the above -noted petition to the Board of Supervisors.
Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. The improvements and the scale and location of the improvements shall be developed in general
accord with the concept plan dated November 4, 2003.
2. The size of the proposed building will be no larger than 50X100 feet
3. There shall be no daycare center or private school on site without approval of a separate special use
permit.
Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive
public comment at their meeting on November 3, 2004. Any new or additional information regarding your
application must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at least seven days prior to your
scheduled hearing date.

RE: SP -2004-0046, Lighthouse Worship Center Inc. (Sign #82); Tax Map 32, Parcel 36E
Dear Ms. Below:
On November 3, 2004, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on SP -2004-0046
to allow church expansion in accordance with Section 13.2.2.10 of the Zoning Ordinance on Tax
Map 32, Parcel 36E in the Rivanna zoning district. This special use permit was approved subject
to the three conditions recommended by the Planning Commission:
The improvements and the scale and location of the improvements shall be developed in
general accord with the concept plan dated November 4, 2003;
2. The size of the proposed building will be no larger than fifty (50) feet by one hundred (100)
feet; and
3. There shall be no daycare center or private school on site without approval of a separate
special use permit.
Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on
the project noted above, no uses on the property may lawfully begin until all applicable
approvals have been received and conditions have been met. This includes:
compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL PERMIT;
approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN; and
approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE.
In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued is not
commenced within twenty-four (24) months from the date of Board approval, it shall be deemed
abandoned and the permit terminated. The term "commenced" means "construction of any
structure necessary to the use of the permit."
