We have reviewed the plans and have the following comments:
Engineering
1. The WPO submittal will need to be approved prior to road plan approval.
2. Label all drainage easements as public or private.
3. Show the overland relief path for Inlet 12 in case it becomes clogged or overwhelmed.
4. Show and label removable bollards at both ends of the emergency access road.

Fire Rescue and E911 had no objection and VDOT comments were emailed on 2/25/20. The project is
currently under review with ACSA.
