Below are responses to these comments. A. General 1. Sheet 1's 'general Note' was revised to state 'The subject property is located within the Lanark -— B. Stormwater Pollution Prevent Plan (SWPPP) 1. The registration statement has been completed and added to the SWPP. 2. These sections have been added to the SWPP. 3. Sections 9 and 10 have been completed and added to the SWPP. C. Pollution Prevent Plan (PPP) 1. This plan has been added to the SWPP 2. The modifications and detail of the concrete washout has been incorporated with the SWPP. D. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) 1. The overall VRRM area is shown and labeled on sheet 5. It is represented by the limits of disturbance and a note that reads, 'Proposed ESC limits of disturbance, typical. The boundary for the limits of disturbance, which totals 1.37 ac., defines the boundary for the VRRM water quality ' ' '. Please also see Water Quality Notes #2 and #3 in the previously reviewed and accepted calculations packet for additional information (in the Section entitled ' ff '). The VRRM area being treated by the BMP (i.e. the level spreader) is the portion of Subarea A that is located within the limits of disturbance. This area totals 0.86 acres and is the area in question in this comment. In an April 71" phone conversation between Mr. James and Mr. Murray of Collin Engineering it was determined that adding a note describing this area, along with its impervious and managed turf area breakdown, would be sufficient to address this comment. As a result, the following comment was added to sheet 5 to address this comment: ". ne bIVir rrearmenr area Iroraiing u.bo ac./ is me porrion of JUUU, CU / U,UL 1 1VLULCU VV,Li,li, Use limits of disturbance. The plans have been revised to more clearly show and label the 'Proposed 15' wide x 50' Long Conserved Open Space Eosemen 'This can best be viewed on sheets 5 and 6. b. The existing / current conditions of the conservation area have been documented and have been attached with this submittal. Ninety percent of the area's groundcover is currently vegetated. c. Maintenance and inspection requirements for the conserved open space area have been added to sheet 5. This information can be found I the center of the page, directly below the ' profile. d.i. The requested note in this comment was added to sheet 6's level spreader detail. Please see `Level Spreader Note' number 1. ii. The requested note in this comment was added to sheet 6's level spreader detail. Please see `Level Spreader Note' number 2. iii. The level spreader detail and design shown on sheet 6 were updated to show a minimum 9" depth in the channel. 3. Sheet 4's ` ° nrninnn-^ ^l ' was revised to provide a drainage area for this 80' run of ditch, along with its design calculations, lining and cross section. 4. The previously reviewed and accepted calculations packet was not required to be updated with this resubmission. For simplifying purposes, a sealed cover sheet has been attached with this submission that can be affixed to the County's previously accepted packet already on file. 5. This comment is acknowledged and is currently being worked on. 6. This comment is acknowledged and is currently being worked on. 7. The requested document is shown on sheet 6 in the middle -bottom portion of the page. E. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) 1. Detailed information regarding the conversion of the sediment trap to a permanent SWM facility has been added to the top -center portion of sheet 4. 2. A sediment trapping device is shown at the construction entrance on sheets 3 and 4. In the aforementioned April 7tn phone conversation between Mr. James and Mr. Murray, this area was discussed with an accompanying exhibit and was found to be an acceptable resolution for this comment. 3. The boundary of the conserved open space area is now shown on sheet 3 & 4. The contractor is now required to mark this boundary with orange safety fence prior to construction, as shown and labeled. 4. The permanent seeding symbol, PS, is now shown on the slope were blanket matting is provided. Also, the silt fence was adjusted slightly so that it is completely outside of the proposed grading operations. These modifications can be viewed on sheets 3 and 4.
