Thank you for the additional information.
Engineering has agreed with planning to withdraw the comment in reference to the access.
I apologize for my mix up in reference to the VDH approval.
So, the plat is ready for signatures.
Please submit 2 or more signed and notarized hard copies.
The County will keep one hard copy for our records/project folder.
Please ensure in the transmittal/cover sheet you state that it is not only to me but also "Submittal for Signatures".
Then please let me know when you have submitted it so that I can approximate when it will be through the quarantine
period.

We are doing ok. Just trying to maintain our social distancing.

Thanks for your comments on the Stoudt project.
We have reviewed the comments and address them as follows:
1. Those parcels (T.M. 16-30L & 30M) have no frontage.
2. The required instruments creating the property (D.B. 647-261 plat and D.B. 127-55 desc.) are listed.
The reference to the unrecorded plat is for information only. There is no requirement to provide a copy of
the unrecorded plat.
3. Health Department approval is not required for this Boundary Line Adjustment (All parcels are greater than
5 acres).
Once you have reviewed these comments, please let us know if the plat is ready for signatures.
